Specially dedicated to Toktak & Nekdix yg kekwatsssss nak tgk pics cucu swimming HARI NI JGK! 8-) (Tp sorry terlewat sehari coz tgh2 blogging terlelap). Hamekkk! ^_^

Ada 2 pool. Indoor (above pic) n outdoor (xsempat snap). Australian national swimming team selalu training kat sini. Bukan ada pool je... Ada gym, cafe, court badminton, squash, basketball, volleyball, etc. Best part, ada FAMILY changing room which is sooooo convenient for us! :D

Ada byk assessment. Xsilap i ard 5-6 jenis jgk la. This was the very 1st assessment. Kids chose their fave sea animal. Mummy campak turtle, Lisa 'swimming' towards the turtle n catched it.

The lady in a red shirt was our trainer. Her name is Mel. :) I guess the kids enjoyed the assessment session very much. Mel sang different nursery rhymes for each assessment. Nasib baik semua nursery rhyme tu Lisa tau so dia sengeh2 dlm pool. :D Pic kat atas ni we all nyanyi lagu "ring-a-ring o' roses... a pocket full of posies... a-tishoo a-tishoo... we all fall down!" Masa part 'fall down' tu, angkat Lisa tinggi2, masukkan dlm pool balik...

Ni masa baru sudah dive kot. Part paling Lisa x suka. I pun x suka coz lepas dive ni mood dia terus lain. Terkejut kot... :p Ha start ni la dia nak berpelukan je dah mcm koala bear! 8-)

Ni i lupa Mel buat apa. She had a puppet with her pastu errrrr lupa dah. :p Rasanya part the kids blow bubbles kot. Ha part ni Lisa suka. "more more more. gi gi gi (lagi)" :p Mmg suara dia je la yg dgr kt our group tu. "mummy mummy mummy." kejap2 i kena paksa tiup bubble dlm pool. 8-)

Ni we all nyanyi lagu humpty-dumpty. Her fave song. Hehe! Dah nama pun fave song kan, org lain buat sekali je tp Lisa buat 2x! 8-) "gi gi gi! ti ti (humpty-dumpty) fall fall." So kena la Mel nyanyi lg 'khas' utk Lisa. Aiyaaa!

Ni jln2 atas floating mat pastu wooossshhh dive in! :p Mmg Lisa x suka. Coz masa part dive in tu Mel yg buatkan... Huhu! Dia ckp Mel tu jahat. "hat! babap!" :D X pasal2 trainer kena babap...

Ni pulak Lisa crawling dlm mat tu. Mcm main peek-a-boo dgn dia. Mula2 bukan main laju dia nak crawling. Agak dah mcm lost balance kot kan, langsung dia jerit "heppppp!!! (help!)" Haha! Nasib baik sambil jerit sambil crawling.

Kids lps swimming mmg lapar. Habis 1 kotak juice n 1 keping roti. :D

Balik rmh, tukar baju, milk milk milk, zzzzz! Penat swimming. :D
Ada 1 video masa assessment yg Kurt sempat record. But x boleh upload coz pakai iPhone ni. Nnt i upload kat FB.

Swimming class Lisa ni once a week je. (every Saturday, 10.30 am). Fees : $67/mth. Ok la kot. Coz Lisa mmg suka swimming. So kena la 'acknowledge' minat dia... :)

Dia minat dancing jgk. Tp i still undecided nak hantar ke dance class ke x. Kecik2 ok la nak dancing bagai... Cute pun cute. Tp tgh dok pk 'long-term' effect. Huhu! Any advice???

Welcoming New Year at Auburn Gallipoli Mosque... :)

Subhanallah... Cantik kan??? Fall in love with the Ottomon-style architecture n art... Ramai Turkish Australian yg solat kat sini. 1st time jumpa masjid yg provide changing table for babies... Lovely!

The mosque is just 5 minutes walk from Auburn train station. It was a sunny day..., n windy at times. So x la terasa panas sgt tho now tgh summer. :)

Oh btw, we had a chance to gather with other Msian at Kak Hanim n Abg Azrul's place before ke Auburn. Ala-ala new year brunch. :)

Jln nak naik ke rmh tu cantiiiiiiiiiikkk sgt! :D Tenaaaaang je...

Abg Azrul tlg drop we all at Macquarie Uni train station. Thanks so much! Boleh pulak Lisa ok duduk kat booster seat! 8-)

Boxing Day! :D

Honestly mmg dari awal we all plan TAK NAK gi boxing day. Coz sah2 crowded n kesian la kt Lisa nnt kan... Not all babies can tolerate crowded places. So few days before the boxing day, we a pun shopping la apa yg patut... ^_^ Xmas sale kan... Muraaaaahhh sgt! So rugi la x shopping kan kan kan? I'm sure kt Msia pun byk sale n best2 kan? (Kena acknowledge ni nnt ada org ckp I'm NOT proud of my country u ols!) *wink* :D

So anyway..., on the 26th morning tu we all mcm blank la jgk kan duduk rmh x ke mana. Dah biasa weekends je bons x lekat kt rmh. :p Then Kurt ckp jom gi Macquarie Center (shopping mall biasa je ala2 ermmm ala2 Ampang Point kot but with cinema n ice skating ring) nak amek 'feel' boxing day je.

X bwk stroller pun coz takut crowded nnt leceh!

But sampai2 je, almost 90% kedai tutup! Rupanya Macquarie Center ni mmg mcm tu. Huhu! Padan!

Sudahnya we all breakfast je la kat Macquarie Center tu... :(

Tgh2 breakfast terasa mcm 'rugi' je keluar tp setakat gi breakfast??? Membazir makeup je! Haha! :p So ok la Kurt ckp jom gi city coz according to security kat Macquarie Center ni, kat sini yg happening!

Ohhhhh mmg happening laaa dgn lautan manusi! Shoulder to shoulder. Erk! Masa ni ckp dlm hati "there's no way for me to shop like this!"

Mamat ni best! Errrrr I mean his music tu yg best. :p

So Kurt grab a copy of his cd. Dgr kt Xbox mmg layan! ;)

Bila we all masuk Gap, tgk mood Lisa mcm ok je... We all pun "ok kot kalau shopping ni..." ^_^ Mmg ok sgt coz dia terlelap dlm Bjorn! Huuuuu!

Xtau knp nak exchange kinnect cd kt sini kena tunjuk passport. Awek rambut panjang tu cun kan? ;)

Maybe next year boleh try q mcm ni kot coz Lisa mcm dah lepas stranger anxiety stage. :D Btw, dpn Chanel xde long q mcm ni. Its good that Chanel still hold to it's exclusivity. :)

Apple store mmg sesak! Nasib baik besar n 3 tingkat n sgt systematic. Bayar pun sgt canggih tu ha. Sng!

Siap dgn 2 bag pack la pakai sport shoes la yoga pants la bagai...! Konon nak climb la kan... Hagham! ^_^ Kena overnight baru puas kot..... X rushing.

Lisa as usual, zzzzzzzzzz! :D But we had to wake her up. Coz stroller kena letak kat compartment atas.

Boleh jgk nak naik hop on hop off ni... But mcm x worth it coz bus biasa mmg ada n it was on Sunday so we all dpt 'family funday' (tq Lisa!) :D $2.50 je naik la sebanyak mana bus ke ferry ke! :D Hop on hop off tu $25.

The bus stopped at Echo Point, where u can see a panoramic view of the oh-so-famous The Three Sisters. Katanya 3 beradik perempuan kena sumpah jadi batu!

2nd time ke QVB ni best! Coz we all stay sampai mlm! :) Plus, byk tmpt ard QVB yg we all sempat gi.

Lisa mcm biasa... Masuk bus je lelap! Oh this time ard we all x naik train. Try naik bus pulak. Cepat sampai! :D

Paddy's Market ni lebih kurang Petaling Street la... Kurt ckp Paddy's ni PS version ada air cond. :D Sellers kt sini 'behave'. Xmcm kt PS yg suka force org beli. Bluergh! Kalau nak beli souvenir murah2 n byk choice, ha dtg sini. :D

Then we took a tram to Star City. Star City ni mcm hotel n casino. We all bukan nak main casino la of coz. :p

Dah sampai Star City... Cantik sgt! :D

Then we went for stroller hunting at DJ (David Jones). DJ ni ala2 Parkson je... :) Nmpk x the white stroller? Cool sgt! Tp white????? Kalau baby jenis behave je duduk dlm stroller boleh la kot... Baby yg byk energy mcm Lisa ni, verangansss je la nak white stroller. :p

Kurt awal2 dah ckp angkut je Maclaren coz Lisa dah biasa dgn Maclaren. But being me, ehehe! I naaakkk jgk Lisa try Bugaboo Bee coz i kinda like its design. Xla berat sgt. Lightweight jgk la..... Tp Lisa xnaaaaakkkkk! I letak je dia dlm Bugaboo, dia tolak badan dia. 2-3 times jgk i try... Failed! Ok fine. Selamat $800! :D

This is my very 1st choice. Phill & Teds smart stroller. Murah n practical utk we all yg selalu travel. $279 je! Tp kat DJ xde stock n we all malas nak tunggu dah coz its abt time to get her a stroller. Xlarat dah nak pakai Bjorn. Huhu!

So sudahnya amek Maclaren XLR jgk..... Sama mcm kt KL. Just that yg ni color 'menyengat' sket. Ala2 summer stroller gitew! :D Xde color lain babe...! This 1 XLR 2012. Mmg best! Cuba google. Byk features baru yg best. More spacious. Paded. Tgk lisa duduk pun nmpk selesa. :) So ok la spend $599. Huuu!

Lisa just woke up... :) Mcm tau2 je dah sampai... Hehe!

Ke Lakemba ni nak cari sejadah. Kalau kt KL merata-rata boleh dpt sejadah kan? Kat sini the nearest to our place ada 2 tmpt je - Auburn n Lakemba. Both r actually quite far from our place. Kena tukar 2 trains if I'm x mistaken...

Terasa pendek bila berdiri sblh patung ni... ^_^ (sbnrnya mmg pendek pun... yg tinggi tu heels je!) :D

Cik Kak kat blkg i yg pakai black shawl n abaya tu cunnnnn sgt! :D

Then we all went to a musollah for Zohor... I think ada masjid kat sini. Tp jauh. X a walking distance. Best jgk musollah ni. Tho x la besar mana. Mcm shop houses. Bwh musollah ni ada gym lg! :D Musollah ni ada air cond. Bersih. Selesa. Ada few rooms for training n talks. :) Cumanya telekung kat sini tak mcm kat Msia la..., dia 'unik' sikit. :D Ni 1st time we all jumpa musollah kt Sydney. Selalu kalau jalan2, we all solat kt parents room je.

Makan time! Nasi padang in Sydney. Sedaaaaappp! Tho masa we all sampai ni lauk dah hujung2 je. Tp sumpah sedap! :D We almost gv up looking for this restaurant. Kurt ckp, "Kalau x jumpa jgk, kita mkn je la pizza ke lebanese tu ke..." I insisted nak cari sampai dpt! :D Ye la dah alang2 sampai kan. Nak sampai sikit punya jauh...

Xde baby chair. Its good to bring along a stroller.

Before balik, singgah book shop belikan Lisa some books. Dok beli buku omputehhhhh je. Childrens books kt sini best sgt! Rugi pulak belikan Lisa 2-3 ketul je. :(

There was 1 Saturday when Kurt needed to go to his office for a short discussion n i brought Lisa to Chatswood... Am x really a homely type kinda person... Bosan kot weekends lepak kat rumah..... Unless u r a couch potato! :D

Cuak jgk la hang out berdua je dgn Lisa. Stroller xde. Pakai Bjorn je.

Masam kan muka Lisa? Mak bapak siap dgn sunglass bagai. Anak kena panas! ^_^

I had a cup of hot choc while she was busy playing n shouting! 8-) Kejap2 krg, "Mummyyyyy!!!!!" Dia xbg i duduk. Dia suruh i tgk dia main! 8-) Lisa dah pandai buli i ok..... :p

Otw ke Opera House ni Lisa zzzzzzzzzz!

N when she's awake..... "Ming ming! Ming ming! Jom! Jom! Ming minggggg!!!!!" 8-) *pengsan* Pantang nampak air...

Managed to get her a pair of UGG... :) Erk! How do u clean (or do u wash ur UGG) this sheepskin boots? Anybody???

On d other note, i don't quite fancy this oh-so-famous Opera House... Well yes... Kinda thankful n happy coz i managed to step on 1 of the building which has been inscribed on the World Heritage list... But honestly I'm quite disappointed knowing that there's NO nursing room here in this heeeuuugggeee building! I've been asked to nurse in 'a nice BATHROOM' nearby. Nice! 8-)

It's wayyyyy nicer to NIP (nurse in public) in front of the Opera House..., with it's picturesque surrounding..., windy... BUT, but..., not ALL nursing moms (esp. those new moms) yg ada confident n selesa nak NIP... I personally think that they should acknowledge that fact. Dpt mcm i yg 'hardcore' ni lain la... Bersila dlm Toys R Us pun i NIP je! :D As for my part, i've talk to someone at ABA. Well at least i did something rather than whining, no? :)

Whatever it is, i'll deff. pay this building for a 2nd visit. Masa we all gi ni nak hujan. So xdpt stay lama. Would love to go for the backstage tour or..., bwk Lisa gi babyprom concert ke... Cuteness! :D

Mula2 ok je... Sopan je duduk dlm Bjorn. Sampai market place..., xnak dah duduk dlm Bjorn. :p Penat kot... Almost 1/2 jam 'hanging' dlm Bjorn... Hihi! But once kasi dia berjalan, habisssss! 8-)

Kepenatan explore Ikea. Otw back, selamat zzzzzzzzzz...! :D

Parents room @ Rhodes shopping mall... Ikea ni dlm mall ni... Nice kan parents room ni... :)

I can say that 90% of our house furniture is 'made in' Ikea. Ye la we all kat sini dlm setahun je..., mcm rugi n wasting nak beli furniture mahal2. Kalau stay 5-6 tahun ke worth it la jgk kan... :D

It was raining that day..., n we didn't bring an umbrella. Nasib baik bwk muslin square. But x la heavy rain. Dripping je. ;)

Seafood kt sini quite cheap. But don't convert the currency laaa... :p

We will be going to Woolies every Thursday for some groceries shopping. Kat sini Thursday je kedai bukak til 9pm. Other days including weekends til 5pm je. Weird. 8-)

Groceries shopping can be veeeeery challenging with an energetic tot. At times, she refused to be strapped on Bjorn. She even knows how to push herself out of the Bjorn! Huhu! Well actually dia nak explore the whole supermarket! She wants to touch n feel the different texture of every single stuffs on the shelves. Bagi je la..... Pastu wipe la tangan tu dgn baby wipes... :D

:) Baby dah setahun ni best 'bersembang'. Well yes..., there'll be baby talk at times. But small talk is cuteeeee! Just don't go overboard with it. Takut baby pelat. (That's what I've been told).

Lisa dah boleh faham sikit-sikit apa yang kita cakap.

"Pick up the ball please..."

"Masukkan bola dalam bakul..."

"Stand up. Sit down. Walk. Run. Smile. Cry."

(Bersungguh dia try. Bunyi mulut je lebih. Seluar tak jugak bukak). :D

She can recognize some letters, numbers, colors, animals, shapes, etc etc etc... Ermmm I guess ni biasa la for a 1Y young baby...

Amazing how babies' brain works! Subhanallah...

On the other note, I did some closet cleanup recently. Banyak baju-baju Lisa yang dah tak muat. Time flies...

She's no more a baby. She's a toddler now. A blissful toddler... :D

Hmmm... Dapat la dalam 2 paper bags...

I know, most of u would rather choose to keep them for the next baby. But I beg to differ. I don't know... Macam kesian kot kat 2nd baby nak pakai pre-loved... No offense. It's just me. :) But I do keep some of her clothes....., for the sake of reminiscence.

Her very 1st dress bought by Kurt... Note the cutie-tiny panties! ;;)

Her 1st cardigan... I 1st wore a cardi when I was in ermmmmm....., primary 6? 8-)

Her 1st romper... Basic white romper from MC.

Her 1st bib and 'leopard-print' socks.

Her 1st designer... Its Escada. My sis bought it when she was in Paris for a student exchange program. :)

And....., the very 1st romper-dress her Mom bought for her. :) My fave! *love*

Ouh! Actually tak la rajin sangat nak mengemas sesaje je... Hehe!

InshaAllah the three of us will be leaving for Sydney tomorrow night. Not for long... Perhaps its gonna be for 1-2 years... (I'm sooo gonna miss Malaysian food!) :( Australia ni strict sikit. Tak boleh bring in food sesuka hati, especially dairy products.

Packing. Fuh! Tiring. Been trying to 'pack light' or 'travel light' or whatever u call it. Trust me, its quite tricky and impossible to travel light when u have a toddler along... Huhu! So far 2 bag besar je. Cukup 'light' tak? :D Itu pun stroller tak bawak kot. Will get a new one kat sana nanti.

Now... I've been to Brisbane and Gold Coast. But I've never been to Sydney. Anybody is staying in Sydney? Or used to stay there??? Can u please give me some 'crash course'...? What to expect... The best and halal eating places... Where to get halal meat... The weather changes... And yada yada~~~~~ And oh yes! Where can I find an Islamic playgroup in Sydney? Erk.

Sejak tukar phone baru, malas nak on lappy. :D That explains the lack of updates from me. Tapi ok la, tak la sampai sebulan lagi kan... Hehehe! Actually banyaaaaaaaaaakkkkk sangat nak update. Pasal raya, pasal holidays, pasal Lisa!!! Tapi tu la, malas! Penyakit sungguh. ^_^

Last Friday ada show kat KLCC for MASiF. Dah lama tak accept offer Hajaba. Dok reject je. Bukan sengaja. Tapi nanti Lisa takde orang nak jaga. I don't trust in maid. Nak kemas-kemas rumah ok. Kebetulan last Friday tu cuti + 1 baju je + Hajaba was the 1st designer to be on stage..., so ok la... Kurt pun dah back in KL for good, boleh tolong jaga Lisa...

Dah masuk setahun ni, macam-macam 'aksi' Lisa. Nak tergelak pun ada. :)

Lately Lisa suka sangat suruh I pakaikan dia tudung. Tak pun dia pakai sendiri. Habis tersungkup muka. Terhuyung-hayang jalan tak nampak depan. :p

Datang mood 'perasan' dia, dia 'posing' depan mirror.

Nanti I upload vids dia dok 'posing'. Belajar kat mana pun tak tau. I tak ajar. :D

Ingat kot mirror kat rumah je dia melentok bagai... Rupanya tak. Pantang nampak mirror! Aduhhhhh! Mirror kedai kain pun jadi...! 8-)

Lagi 1..., Lisa suka menyibuk especially time kita nak solat. Dia mula bebel "Baiiiii... Baiiiii..." :p Dia nak sebut 'Bar' sebenarnya. Allahuakbar... Tapi belum reti sebut 'r' kot... Kalau dengar orang azan pun dia akan cakap "Baiiiii!" Pastu dia letak jari kat mulut macam 'quiet sign'. Suruh diam. Orang azan. :)

I tengok Lisa ni macam nak 'solat' jugak. I belikan dia sejadah... :) Her very 1st sejadah.

Raya Prep.

Its the 20th day of Ramadhan. Tinggal 10 hari je lagi nak puasa. Or is it 9 days? Doesn't matter... Malam-malam terakhir... Semoga kita diberi kekuatan untuk perbanyakkan amalan. Amin.

Yang pastinya, sure ramai yang dah shopping sakan. Ye tak? Hehehe! Ada yang dah ke Jalan TAR ke? Ermmm I suka la tengok suasana kat sana. Meriah! But for me nak meredah lautan manusia tu, takpelah. :D

My raya prep teramat simple. Maybe sebab I'm staying with my beloved parents kan... Or....., maybe sebab dah ada anak? ;)

Bila dah ada Lisa ni, raya prep memang lebih ke dia je la... Tengok je la baju raya dia ni. Aduhhhhh!!!!!

As for Kurt, ehehe! I'm bless with a 'simple' husband.

Kurt ni before kahwin, takde pakai baju melayu sampin bagai masa 1st day raya. Dah kahwin ni baru la. Tu pun sebab nak bergambar masa pagi raya. So baju melayu Kurt, beli je. Sampin? Pinjam kat my brother (my brother memang banyak sampi). Setakat nak pakai once a year, terasa membazir nak beli.

P/S : Lelaki kalau dah pakai baju melayu dengan sampin n songkok, nampak macho kan? :D

Ermmm as for myself, macam tak percaya. Baju kurung 1 pasang je. Tu pun cotton. :D Kalau dulu, sampai 4-5 pasang! Baju jalan-jalan raya pulak 2-3 helai je. Tu pun rembat kat thepoplook. :D Heels raya? Erm tak perlu kot. Heels modeling banyak. Handbag raya? Erm I'm thinking of wearing my BF bag, given by a dear sis, Mun. Lantak. ^_^

Rasanya kita balik pada fitrah dan asas. Fitrah manusia sukakan benda yang indah dan cantik. Tak salah. Allah itu indah. :) Asasnya, sunnah memakai pakaian terbaik pada 1 Syawal. Ada yang tempah sampai 10 pasang ke? Ehehe... Silakan kalau mampu... To me, tak salah as long as kita tak lupa bersedekah semampunya... Dan kalau kita tak mampu, toksah dok mengata orang yang mampu tu. Toksah dok perli-perli. Rezeki dia. Hak dia. Dia sedekah ke tak, itu bukan urusan kita... :D Spread the love yaw!~ Husnuzon ye... Bukan apa... Sometimes, dalam pada kita nak bersederhana ni, kita tak sedar yang kita ni pun TER-riak. Contoh la kan. Kita nampak sedara kita pakai diamond bling bling Selberan ke Pandora ke. Kita pun dok mengata, "Ish! Membazir je. Nak show off ler tewww!" :D Lantak pi la dia... Kita tak tau, entah-entah sedekah yang dia bagi, sama harga dengan bling bling dia tu. Ikhlas lagi. Kita???

Anyway, this year marked the 2nd year of celebrating Syawal with Diana Lisa. :) Last year dia belum boleh berjalan. Senang sikit nak control. Now that she managed to walk (even run!), I bet its gonna be a whole lot of challenges.

But that's not my main concern. With Kurt around, inshaAllah Lisa will be 'under control'. Hehehe!

Now... Yang buat I risau ni, bab makan. Makan masa dok visit rumah orang. Lisa is a little foodie. She loves food, except porridge. 8-) Kalau kat rumah, memang dia nak mengunyah je.

Orang sahur, dia pun sahur. Orang berbuka, dia pun berbuka. Lately Lisa dah reti "Nak nak nak." Nanti kalau pergi rumah orang, dia tengok macam-macam makanan..., dengan air yang macam rainbow..., kuih raya yang macam-macam bentuk..., habissssssssss! Mesti dia start "Nak nak nak." Tu belum lagi orang-orang yang akan bagi Lisa makan or orang-orang yang akan cakap, "Bagi la rasa. Kempunan nanti..." Aduh...

Bukan mengada nak 'control' pemakanan anak ye... Tapi itu la hakikat sebab Lisa ada eczema and she's only 1 year young. Tak boleh makan sesuka hati. Even 1-2 cubit. Her eczema will react there and then. So I opt to prevent rather than to treat. I really really REALLY hope that kita semua boleh 'hormat' anak kita dan anak-anak orang lain.

I'm sure ramai yang memang concern bab pemakanan anak-anak ni. As the old saying goes, "U are what u eat." And always remember that pemakanan ni mempengaruhi minda anak kita. Brain food.

So dear lovely mommies..., boleh tak share or kasi idea macam mana nak control pemakanan anak masa raya nanti???

Lisa woke up and pulled my hair! 8-) Geram. But she was so sweet... She smiled, "Cak!" ^_^ Cair... :D Then dia start dahhhhh.....!

"Kip kip kip kip kip. Kippp...!" Dia nak pakai hair clip. Mun!!!!! :( She refused to wear hair clips or hats before. Ni tebiat apa pun tak tau laaaaa pagi-pagi buta nak melawa... :p

Bukak my wardrobe pulak... "Blue blue blue blue blue....." Dia nak tudung. She likes anything in blue or green. So dia pakai tudung. Dah pakai tudung....., "Baiiiii...!" It means "Bar" or sebetulnya "Allahuakbar." Dia nak solat! :D

Dah solat..., dia perasan sorang-sorang depan mirror. Aduhhhhh... Tersenyum. Terlentok.

Dah puas posing, dia baca magz pulak. Dia nampak cookies sebenarnya tu... "Nak nak nak..." :D Dah reti bagi 'opinion'.

Aaaaa pastu dia nak main doll pulak. Lisa panggil doll dia "Tak". Coz bila bukak hat doll tu..., kepala doll tu botak macam Toktaknya Lisa. :p Tu she was trying to put her doll into sleep, "Sip sip sip..." Sleep. :D Yang dianya entah bila nak sleep! 8-)

Oh! Before that, dia kiss dulu doll dia... "Mmm mah!" :D Aaa now Lisa kalau kiss orang, bunyi "Mmm mah!@ :D

Ramadhan Prep!

BF moms… :) How’s your Ramadhan prep so far? As for me yang tak kerja ni, biasa-biasa je la… Tak la beria stock up susu. (Erk! Tak buat pun sebenarnya… Is it ok???)

Untuk milk booster pulak, I’m not into pill or supplement but I go for something pure. Cukup la sekadar kurma and susu. Ermmm, tak suka susu sebenarnya… But I’m aware that calcium is a very important mineral for nursing moms plus Ramadhan punya pasal and nak maintain my milk production insha-Allah, ku telan la jugak… Ala-ala paksa rela gitewww! :D

So last few days, pergi la supermarket nak beli stock kurma and susu. Macam biasa, I bought my fave milk – Mamil Mama! ^_^ Susu ni bagus for preggy mom, BF mom, as well as mom planning to get preggy. 3 in 1. Best!

Aaaaa sikit nak share pasal Mamil Mama ni. Now dah ada size 650gm with 2 flavors. Biasa and cocoa. Preggy mom yang taste buds tak tentu rasa tu boleh la try cocoa ni… Biasa la orang mengandung kan selera berubah. Mengada pun ye… ^_^ Yang prepare nak pregnant pun boleh try minum coz actually, it is better for us to prepare our body in advance for pregnancy. Makan folic acid or calcium. Or just drink Mamil Mama coz it provides high folic acid, calcium, iron, etc.

Oh btw, Alhamdulillah… I dah genap setahun BF Lisa (1st Ramadhan!:D) and I have at least another year to go! Alhamdulillah! :D

So anyway, masa beli Mamil Mama tu, ternampak kat pack dia ‘New Improved Formula’ ‘NO SUCROSE Premium Formula’. I pun terfikir nak usha Mamil Gold. Kot la ada new improved formula jugak kan… Ye sungguh! Bukan setakat NO SUCROSE…, tapi…, ada immunoforce plus 5x DHA!

Immunoforce ni rasanya dah tau kot… It builds and stimulates immunity in your child. (Honestly so far I tak jumpa lagi other growing up milk yang ada Immunoforce ni). So bila besar (read : bila dah stop BF), tak la selalu sakit insha-Allah. Say what u like but I still believe that breast milk is the best source to enhance your child’s immunity system. Sebab tu bila anak dah tak BF, penting untuk cari growing up milk yang terbaik. Not saying that Mamil Gold is the best, since Lisa is still fully BF. Alhamdulillah… But at least I think it is the best formula so far, based on my little study.

Ermmm actually sebab ada Immunoforce ni la… And kalau tengok Mamil Gold yang baru ni dia dah increased Immunoforce ni and ada lagi banyak DHA plus vitamins and minerals of coz, untuk support our child’s immune system. Ada la pernah terbaca research ni… Dia kata, immunity ni antara benda paling penting yang perlu ada if we wanna choose a growing up milk for our beloved child. Even more important than brain benefits. Why…??? Simple… Because without a strong immune system, the brain benefits may be compromised as only a healthy child is able to accelerate his learning. Biasa la… Kalau dah sakit, minda pun tak boleh operate dengan baik…

Now this time around, I’m more interested with this 5x DHA. Selalu la dengar kat TV ada AA la EFA la, DHA la. But never bother to know more. However, bila nampak perkataan ‘5x’ tu tiba-tiba terfikir,

“Apa benda DHA ni? Kenapa sampai 5x? Lagi banyak DHA lagi bagus ke???”

So here are some infos from my little study on DHA…

DHA ni ada omega-3 fatty acid (lemak baik or ‘benefical fat’). Penting untuk otak, mata, as well as central nervous system during infancy and childhood. Ever wonder why children who were breastfed tend to have higher IQ scores and better academic performance than those who were formula-fed??? Haaa, sebab…, dalam breast milk ada baaaaaaaaaanyak DHA! ;)

Selain breast milk, ada lagi natural source of DHA. For example :

Organ meats – hati, pedal, paru, etc.

Seafood – especially oily like salmon, herring, sardine, anchovies.

Algae

Tapi..., organ meat ni tak elok makan selalu. High cholesterol content kan… Seafood pun lebih kurang la due to mercury contamination. So for safer option, boleh pilih product yang fortified with algae-derived DHA.

Well actually tak la susah sangat nak ensure your child dapat enough DHA… Contoh yang I dapat from my lil study :

“A weekly intake of two DHA-enriched eggs plus one child-sized serving of fish (one ounce of fish per 20 pounds of body weight) that is rich in DHA and lower in mercury, such as salmon or herring, can provide much - if not all - of the DHA your child needs.”

But macam Lisa…, she’s still allergic to egg. So rasanya bila dia dah weaning-off nanti, Mamil Gold is the best for her (so far).

Owww sikit pasal sucrose and NO SUCROSE formula in the new packaging of Mamil Gold. Sucrose ni senang cakap, gula la. Macam gula tebu tu kan… Eyyy bab gula ni memang I particular. Psssttt! I siap google recipe birthday cake Lisa yang tak pakai gula and asked my lovely sis, Mun tolong bake. ^_^ Applesauce cake! Ganti la manis gula macam sweets and chocs tu dengan manis buah… Better. The "Perfect" Mother

Over the years I have talked to more than one mom who does not like Mother's Day. Why? Usually it has something to do with feeling she doesn't match up to the accolades; that she somehow falls short. Maybe her kids are struggling a bit and she sees that as a reflection on her mothering. It seems that for some women Mother's Day is just a painful reminder that they are not the mother they thought they would be. Why all the anguish and guilt? I believe at least part of the problem is perfectionism. None of us goes into motherhood without some sort of picture in our minds of what the perfect mom looks like. Whether we realize it or not, these expectations color our thought processes and daily experiences as we try to figure out what kind of mothers we are and want to be. The sooner we can recognize how crazy and unrealistic some of these self-imposed expectations are, the sooner we will be free to be truly great mothers. Let's take a look at some of these mythical moms.

First we have Picture-Perfect Mom.
Despite giving birth to six children she is a firm and muscular size 2. This mother's make-up never wears off and her hair doesn't frizz. Her children are always well groomed, even stylish. She has a professionally manicured lawn and her home is beautifully decorated, annoyingly clean. She can find any household item in 15 seconds flat because "there is a place for everything and everything is in its place." Her mini-van smells like vanilla.

Next is Practice-Makes-Perfect Mom.
All her children play several instruments and excel at sports. Her family can organize a string quartet or a basketball team at the drop of a hat. This mother can't see out the back window of her car from all the "student of the month" bumper stickers. Scholarships dot the horizon. This mom is currently taking classes in French and fencing while getting her masters degree in child psychology.

Then there is Perfect-Timing Mom.
Her household is on a very tight schedule. She exercises, does laundry and starts dinner before the kids leave for school. She never misses an appointment, is always on time and lives by her planner. She has trained her children to dutifully check off their chore charts and complete all required after-school responsibilities before they engage in "free time". Calendaring is a weekly family activity.

Last but not least is Practically-Perfect-in-Every-Way Mom otherwise known as The Perfect 10.
This mother possesses all the aforementioned skills, traits and talents and then kicks it up a notch: she's a Betty Homemaker! She cooks, sews, gardens and cans. She clips coupons and cuts her children's hair. She can get chocolate out of cashmere while balancing her checkbook. This mom has endless patience and wisdom. She is everyone's best friend. Her children come to her with their problems and she lives without regrets.

What do all these mothers have in common? They aren't real! (Isn't that a relief?) And yet their images live on in the minds of far too many mothers, taunting them when they are already feeling far too inadequate.

My memories of the last days before our first child was born are vivid. I can see myself sitting in a second hand rocker with my feet up, pouring over every last detail of "What To Expect When You're Expecting". I took Lamaze, upped my folic acid intake, and slept only on my left side. I had all the baby clothes washed and organized by size and weather condition. I put headphones on my belly and pumped classical music into my unborn baby's ears. I was the perfect mother . . . until I actually became one.

Fast forward almost 12 years to the present. The former me would probably be horrified by what she saw. My eleven-year-old stashes garbage under her bed. My eight year old practically lives on peanut butter and jelly. My four year old intentionally goads her little sister and my toddler can identify Sponge Bob in a line-up of Nickelodeon characters. The only time my house is visibly clutter free is if I am hosting something at my house, I use paper plates for dinner more often than not, and my idea of continuing education is watching the Food Network.

My personal evolution as a mother has been shaped by more than a few surprises, challenges, disappointments and frustrations. But the "perfect" me of days gone by could never have anticipated the joys and triumphs that have come precisely because of the surprises, challenges, disappointments and frustrations.

I have learned over the years that perfectionism is not only unrealistic when mothering young children, it's downright silly. As a recovering perfectionist, let me share with you four suggestions for putting out the perfectionist in you.

1. Strive for excellence, not perfection. Harriet Braiker said, "Striving for excellence motivates you; striving for perfection is demoralizing." How true! We constantly tell our kids "Just do your best!" and yet we don't offer ourselves the same kindness. By simply changing the use of the word perfect from an adjective to a verb, perfection becomes motivating, not demoralizing. To perfect means to improve, refine, hone, work on. That's something each of us can do every day without a deadline or flawless end product to measure up to. It's more about striving than arriving. Read these inspiring words from Leonard Cohen: Ring the bells that still can ring Forget your perfect offering. There is a crack in everything, That's how the light gets in.

2. Practice contentment and gratitude. You may notice I didn't write "be content and grateful." It really does require practice. When I have a particularly trying day that knocks me down more times than I'd like to remember, I play the Pollyanna game. I force myself to count my blessings, to see the beauty and the bounty that exists in my everyday life if I will just take the time to notice. And you know what? It works. Try it. Are your kids healthy? Do you have running water? Did you get at least one square meal today? It seems ridiculous, but in our culture of excess and entitlement you would be amazed at how good it feels to recognize the most basic of blessings. When I start to feel like life isn't fair and I ought to be able to expect x, y and z, I like to read this quote by Jenkins Lloyd Jones. "Anyone who imagines that bliss is normal is going to waste a lot of time running around shouting that he has been robbed. "[The fact is] most putts don't drop. Most beef is tough. Most children grow up to be just people. Most successful marriages require a high degree of mutual toleration. Most jobs are more often dull than otherwise. … "Life is like an old-time rail journey--delays, sidetracks, smoke, dust, cinders and jolts, interspersed only occasionally by beautiful vistas and thrilling bursts of speed. "The trick is to thank the Lord for letting you have the ride."

3. Be your own kind of mother. M. Russell Ballard said, "There is no one perfect way to be a good mother. Each situation is unique. Each mother has different challenges, different skills and abilities, and certainly different children. The choice is different and unique for each mother and each family. What matters is that a mother loves her children deeply and, in keeping with the devotion she has for God and her husband, prioritizes them above all else." As mothers, we're not in the same boat, just the same ocean. Comparing each other's boats and constantly keeping track of who is ahead does nothing to get us where we are trying to go; it only distracts us from the care of our precious cargo. One of the most liberating things about getting older and having more kids is learning to let go of stereotypes and expectations and focusing on what I can do. (That's on a good day of course.) We can't all be Type A mothers. We all bring different gifts to the altar of motherhood. What matters is our children, not our egos, and it does our children no good to compare our weaknesses against someone else's strength. Anna Quindlen said it best: "The thing that is really hard, and really amazing, is giving up on being perfect and beginning the work of becoming yourself."

4. Remember that mothering is not about you. Do not misunderstand. The old adage, "If momma ain't happy ain't nobody happy" is a very real truth. We all need our "me time" as well as a chance to develop and use our god-given talents outside the realm of motherhood. But if you have little ones still at home and have chosen to be their mom at this time in their life, make no mistake about it: you will make considerable personal sacrifices for them. That's a good thing! Nothing really satisfying and worthwhile ever came from lounging by the pool reading fashion magazines. Unless you have a full time nanny, maid and cook, embrace the blood, sweat and tears that is mothering young children and know that it is worth it!

The definition of mothering is to look after, care for, protect, nurse, and tend. There is nothing in that definition about alphabetically organized spice racks, Disney cruises, multiple degrees or granite counter tops. Have you ever noticed that children don't care if your middle is mushy or there are cobwebs in the corner? Their needs are very basic and you are at the top of their list.

There are more than enough years in this (hopefully) long life to do what we want to do, to have things just so; to have a life of tidy orderliness where things happen at their appointed times and without interruption. (Doesn't that sound wonderful?) Someday there will only be pictures and memories of Little League, ballet recitals, shoe box dioramas and lemonade stands. Now is your time to bask in the fistful of dandelions, the sloppy kisses, the giggles under the covers and those trusting eyes that are looking up to you.

For all those mothers that dislike Mother's Day because they think they don't match up, take the magnifying glass off you. On Mother's Day this year please try to focus in on how much you love your children and what you have learned from being their mother, warty imperfections and all.

For me, my quest for perfection is not so much about how my home looks as how it feels. It's not so much about how I look but about how my kids feel. The last time I had tight abs was when I was nine months pregnant. I have never seen the bottom of my "special issues" laundry basket. I throw out the Pottery Barn Kids catalog before it has a chance to depress me. But every day I try my best to make sure my kids feel loved and happy, secure and capable of meeting the challenges of life. I know I am on the right track when I am snuggling in bed with my dear, sweet, precious, little four year old daughter and she puts her arms around me and says, "I think I have the best family in the whole world, Mommy!" No matter what else I did or didn't do that day, I'm pretty sure at that moment, to my daughter, I'm the perfect mom.

CHALLENGE: Decide today to let go of any unrealistic expectations you have for yourself and then choose one way you can implement the ideas in this essay.

I’m one living proof who does NOT believe in TV for babies. It is proven that watching TV (read : under 2Y) will NOT making your baby a little Einstein in a making. Nope. Watching TV does NOT make your baby smarter. In fact, it can actually do harm. Antaranya, anak-anak jadi susah nak focus dalam kelas, lambat bercakap, lambat menulis - attention and learning problems in the long term.

Grab this enlightening book and you’ll know why… Best sangat! Invest la sikit on books… Dok beli toys and branded clothes jeeeee… *Ouch!*

“Oh u boleh la cakap… U housewife boleh duduk dengan anak 24 jam… We are all working moms!”

Right… Nak-nak terpaksa hantar anak ke nursery kan… Dah macam mana nak monitor? How I wish all Moms doesn’t have to go to work. Tapi hakikatnya living cost kat Malaysia ni tinggi nak mammmppp! Nak tak nak, most Moms perlu berkerja. :(

Well, honestly, it stumps me that the experts give criticisms, but nobody offers parents practical alternatives to using TV as a babysitter. Housewife pun bukan senang ye… Dapat baby yang ‘panjang akal’ macam Lisa ni, mati akal kita di buatnya! Tambah pulak dapat nenek yang sangat berdisiplin ala-ala hygiene-freak…

“Jangan bagi baby main kat lantai… Nanti sejuk kaki dia, kembang urat-urat semua.”

“Jangan bagi baby main kat carpet… Habuk… Nanti tangan dia tu masuk mulut…”

Now who says staying with your parents is cushy? Huuuuu! ;)

How now brown cow? Nak suruh Lisa main atas crawling mat 24 jam? In my dream! ^_^ Tu yang kalau Nekdix takde, I ‘lepaskan’ jugak la Lisa… Come on…! Baby loves to explore and I’m so gonna let her develop grace and confidence in movement.

So ok, fine, let us be a lil bit moderate and sensible la kan... Orang Arab cakap ‘wasatiyah’. Cewah! Betul ke? Tak pandai sangat cakap Arab. Tu laaa… Dulu pergi kelas bahasa Arab, orang suruh belajar, dia dok main-main mata dengan cikgu yang mengajar tu… Eh tapi kan, cikgu tu dah jadi suami I! ^_^

Maksudnya?

Elak lah kasi baby tengok TV sedaya yang boleh… Kalau tak boleh sangat, kasi la tengok dalam beberapa minit… Tapi takmau la biarkan baby tengok sorang-sorang… Duduk la kat sebelah baby tu tengok together-gether… Talk to them. Sing to them. Siaaaaannnnn kat baby. :)

Now, in my case, it is definitely tricky to NOT letting Lisa watching TV. Now here’s why…

Before there was BabyTV, I let her watching only 2 programs – Wonderpets (I need to feed her lunch) and Oozie Boo (I need to feed her breakfast). Dinner? My Mom dah ada kat rumah so boleh tolong layan Lisa sambil I suapkan dia makan.

But the moment my Mom got to know about this dreadful BabyTV, habissssssssss! Whenever she looks after Lisa, she will go like,

“TV please…”

“618 please…”

8-) Haku nak buat hape??? Have to babe. Mak kot… 8-) But I understand. It is absolutely demanding for a 54-year-old lady to watch over an energetic baby like Lisa. Coz Lisa ni asalnya memang tak suka tengok TV. Bukak la channel apa pun. Tak minat. (TV kena bukak. Lisa takut TV gelap. Dia nangis). Cartoon yang dia minat tu la dua. Tapi sebab dah dibiasakan…, tambah pulak BabyTV ni teramat sangat menarik dan warna-warni menatang-menatangnyaaaaa…, *geram!* baby mana yang tak suka tengok?!

Aaaaaaaaaa now lagi 'best'! Lisa dah pandai amek Astro controller, pass kat I, "Pish pish pish..." Please! Suruh bukak TV. Hamek! 8-)

So what should I do???

Kita buatlah apa yang kita nak tu, bersungguh-sungguh dan sedaya yang mampu. Selebihnya, kita doa dan tawakal. Insha-Allah niat baik Allah tolong!

Anyway, dah tak bagi anak tengok TV kan… Mesti la ‘prepare’ activity untuk dia. Play with her... Sing to her... Or just cuddle her... Tu semua dah biasa. Now yang 'luar biasa' pulak contohnya…,

10MOS Old Diana Lisa!!!!!

The other day, Lisa fell off the bed! Thank God jatuh atas yoga mat + comforter. But still!!! It was my mistake. I was so careless. Penat yang amat sampai terlupa nak letak pillow sebelah Lisa masa dok BF dia. Sudahnya I terlelap! I felt like I am the worst mother on earth! I even told her Paed that.

Huhu!!! Doctor baringkan Lisa, checked her heart beat, pegang-pegang kepala dia, picit-picit badan dia, then doctor senyum...

“Is she ok? My God… I feel so bad! Really bad that I am the worst mother alive!”

“Oh please don’t… She is perfectly fine! But u have to be extra careful next time. She’s a smart and active baby.”

Lega. That was quite a relief. But a mother will always be a mother la kan… Tak puas hati jugak lagi…

“Doctor tak buat ultrasound?”

The Paed laughed! 8-)

“Young mother nowadays tend to worry too much. I wonder why… No, we don’t want to expose her to the ultrasound. Trust me, she is super-fine! Don’t’ worry and yeah, don’t feel bad about it. U aren’t the only mother who had to go thru this stage.”

Now THAT is a TOTAL relief and assurance that I wanted to hear. Hehehe! Alhamdulillah.

While wating for her turn to meet the Paed...

Kalau tengok cara Lisa ni melasak macam biasa je. But moms will be moms la kan... Nak jugak bawak jumpa Paed, check... :D

Paed pesan suruh minum plain water banyak-banyak coz cuaca sekarang tak menentu. Alhamdulillah, Lisa memang suka plain water... :) Kena train dari awal ye... Toksah dok bagi baby juice la smoothies la... Even fruit juice. (Unless your little foodie dislike fruits). Bagi buah asli tu. Ha cuba teka kenapa? ;)

This is one of the downsides of co-sleeping with your baby. Mujur la duduk dengan parents. Kalau tak, memang nak tukar katil yang rendah ala-ala orang Jepun tu. Kot la bedebub lagi, tak tinggi sangat! :D

Not that I don’t wanna let Lisa sleeps in her baby cot. I just can’t. Entah. Pernah try few times, memang tak nyenyak tidur. Bukan Lisa. I yang tak nyenyak tidur! Booooo!!! Lagi pun Lisa ni boleh tahan lasak jugak tidur. Cot tu tak la besar mana… Kejap-kejap karang terlanggar cot. Dah la dia light sleeper. Asal langgar cot je terjaga.

Phew! 9MOS-10MOS ni memang so challenging! She becomes more mobile but clingier. I tell u, this stranger anxiety along with separation anxiety stage is really testing my patience to the greatest extent! I’ve been trying NOT to yell at her as yelling at your baby will impinge on her development. But it isn’t easy. Agak-agak dah tak larat nak cope with her tantrum, I’ll leave her with my Mum for a while… :)

Now let’s see apa yang Lisa dah boleh buat masa 10MOS ni… Banyak sangat benda baru dia boleh buat. Tak semua I ingat. Tak semua I sempat capture... Everyday ada je ‘idea’ dia.

Dia paling suka imitate Toktak. Ajuk Toktak tidur, exercise, swimming, nanges, geram, etc.

I cakap “Tutup pintu bukan main kuat. Pung pang pung pang.” Dia cakap, “pupupang!”

I cakap “Eeeee menyampah tau.” Dia cakap, “mmmmmpahpah!”

Now I really have to watch my words. Huuu!

Kalau kat public, sebolehnya memang tak nak kasi Lisa menjerit. Ye la, irritating sebenarnya dengar budak menjerit… Kalau dalam flight, lagi la! But it is definitely NOT easy ok… I’ve to entertain her like 24-7. Jangan bagi dia bosan. Kalau keluar, mesti bawak her fave books, toys, and stickers. Agak-agak semua tu dah tak jalan, cepat-cepat BF or bawak dia jalan-jalan. Perlukan tahap kesabaran yang tinggi ok bila nak train anak tak jerit kat public ni…

Suka menegur orang. (Read : lelaki sahaja!) *pengsan*

Dia bukan setakat tegur tau. Dia siap angkat tangan macam panggil. Lalu la perempuan secantik mana pun sebelah dia, hagham dia tak layan… Tapi kalau lelaki, bangla kat Kayu Nasi Kandar tu pun dia tegur. Habis la… Huhu!

Suka joget!

Ha ni memang menurunkan Toktak! Tengah merangkak pun dia akan joget. Ke kiri ke kanan bons dia. Pantang dengar lagu! Mula-mula dulu lagi la… Dengar azan pun berjoget! Puas ajar kalau azan, “Allahuakbar…” letak tangan kat telinga. Sudahnya sekarang ni kalau nampak orang solat, letak tangan kat telinga. Nampak mekah / kaabah, letak tangan kat telinga. Nampak masjid, letak tangan kat telinga.

Kalau nampak orang pakai cap, songkok, serban, turban, dia mesti pegang kepala dia.

Kalau dengar azan / tengok orang solat / tengok Kaabah / tengok masjid, both hands letak kat telinga "Allahuakbar..."

Dah boleh recognize banyak benda…

“Where is your hand?” – Dia angkat tangan.

“Where are your little fingers?” – Dia bukak tutup jari.

“Where is your leg?” – Dia angkat sebelah kaki.

“Where are your eyes?” – Dia blink.

“Where is your hair?” – Dia tarik rambut dia.

“Eeeee busuk la… Smelly!” – Dia ‘kipas-kipas’ hidung dia dengan tangan.

“Mana pampers Mamy Poko?” – Dia cucuk-cucuk pampers dia.

“Diana Lisa clap your hands…” – Dia tepuk tangan. Left-handed agaknya… tangan kanan kat atas. :p

“Diana Lisa pull your ears…” – Dia pegang telinga.

(Best layan baby ni tau. Kita ajar sekali je dia dah dapat ikut. Then dia ingat!) :D

Gitar karen ye… Bagi gitar kapo, tak mau. Piano pun tak minat. Ok Lisa, nanti dah 3Y boleh register guitar class kat Yamaha! ;)

Aaaaa ni best! Now nak mandikan Lisa dah tak payah bersilat. Dia behave! Sebab ada buku! Bath book. 12 hengget je kat MPH. Kalau tau, dah lama beli bath book. :D

Nampak ayat Quran je tadah tangan. Amin. :p

Boleh kenal shapes.

Square, star, triangle. Circle and oval dia confuse lagi.

Boleh kenal colors.

Blue, green, pink, yellow, black.

Boleh kenal animals.
Cat (nampak cat, jerit), butterfly (dia buat 'flutter flutter flutter'), bee, lion (dia nganga sambil bunyi 'haaaaa!'), crab, duck, frog (dia lompat).

Kalau nampak zero, ten and alphabet O, dia cakap “ooooo ooooo ooooo”.

Suka 1Malaysia.

Haih! Asal nampak bendera Malaysia je, angkat tangan 1Malaysia! Bendera lain dia tak angkat tangan. Bendera Malaysia je! Recently kalau nampak gambar Najib kat newspaper, angkat tangan jugaaaaakkkkk! Haihhh tak payah la mengarut-mengarut tu Lisa..... Ni semua Nekdix yang mengajar. Pagi-pagi lepak kat bilik Nekdix, nyanyi Negaraku sambil berdiri tegak. Lepas tu nyanyi lagu 1Malaysia sambil kibar flag! Sheeessshhh...

Dah nak cuba-cuba pakai baju sendiri..., pakai socks sendiri..., pakai shoes sendiri.

Suka menonggeng…

Ni memang semua baby akan sampai stage ni kan? Seeing the world upside down!

Takut naik lift!

Haha! I pulak tak berani nak bawak stroller naik escalator. So everytime naik lift, mesti bawak bubbles. Lekakan dia. Tiup bubbles dalam lift so that dia tak nanges! Kalau lift penuh / ada orang, masak!!! ^_^

Suka gigit orang!

Kalau dia nak amek benda dari tangan kita tapi kita tak bagi, dia akan gigit tangan kita. Tak dapat tangan, kaki kita dia nak gigit. Tak dapat kaki, crawling mat dia jadi mangsa. :D Tak dapat jugak, dia gigit tangan sendiri. :p

Baru reti nak pakai kasut.

Before this bukan tak reti. Tapi kalau kita pakaikan kasut, mesti dia cabut. Macam rugi je beli kasut untuk dia. :p

Ermmm normally I tak halang or say "No." I'll let her climb the stairs setakat yang dia larat. Bar la dia nak develop segala skills dia tu... But kena jaga dia from behind la...

DIANA LISA DAH BOLEH BERJALAN!!!!! :D

This is a major development milestone yang memang most parents nantikan... At 10M 22D, Lisa dah boleh berjalan... Alhamdulillah... Awal-awal bulan ada la few attempts nak menapak tu but tak berapa stable. Now dah 'terlebih stable', dia tak berjalan. Dia nak berlari babe! My God..... Pengsan! But I'm enjoying this special moment. Best tengok baby berjalan. Terkedek-kedek... Tak sempat lagi amek proper video. Ni I amek pagi ni before dia zzzzzzzzzz..... Dah sleepy tapi nak main lagi! Nanti I amek vids Lisa jalan lagi...

Actually last weekend ada engagement and wedding. Malas nak leceh-leceh, Toktak ajak la ala-ala short vacay... Toktak siap on leave lagi! TQ TOKTAK!!! :D Bukan senang Toktaknya Lisa nak cuti... Tapi cucu punya pasal kan... 8-) Toktak kesian kat Lisa, dah berbulan tak swimming... Maklum la, rumah tak mampu nak ada pool... Huhu! ^_^
